The remodelled Parc dels Jardins de les Tres Xemeneies includes a basketball court, calisthenics elements, relocated table-tennis tables and new urban furniture. The provisional revamp aims to add vitality to the park until the final transformation of this entire area.

The renewal of 10,290 square metres of space here is based on a participatory process with local residents, which identified the need to eliminate architectural barriers that generate hidden zones, and which called for the historical identity and values of this area to be respected.

The provisional revamp has been carried out with this goal in mind until the final transformation, with approval already granted to the urban plan, allowing the space to be revitalised and given new uses and public facilities.

The project is part of the Poble-sec Neighbourhood Plan.
